Request deletion from SalonDiary
SalonDiary is operated by Parsa Safar-Manesh, trading as SalonDiary. These instructions apply to accounts created with email, Google or Facebook.
- Email contact@salondiary.app with the subject SalonDiary data deletion request.
- Tell us the email address associated with your account, your salon name if relevant, and whether you want to remove a social-login connection, delete your account, or request deletion of particular information.
- Where possible, write from your account email. If you no longer have access, tell us; we will arrange proportionate identity checks. Do not send passwords, login codes, card details or medical information.
If you signed in with Facebook
You can also open Facebook’s settings, find Apps and websites, select SalonDiary and remove its access. This disconnects Facebook Login; it does not by itself delete your SalonDiary account or existing records. Send the request above to have SalonDiary-held information reviewed for deletion. You do not need to delete your Facebook account.
What happens next
We check your identity and the scope of the request, then delete or anonymise information that can be erased. This may include your account profile, social-login identifiers and related information no longer needed. We normally respond within one month and explain any lawful extension, exception or retained records. There is no requirement to use a particular phrase to exercise your rights.
Financial, legal, dispute or security records may need to be retained for a justified period. Backups and provider systems may retain residual copies until their retention cycles expire. We will explain relevant limitations rather than promise immediate removal from every system.
Salon owners and team members
Deleting a login is different from deleting an entire salon workspace. Tell us if you also want the workspace closed. We will check your authority and clarify how shared client records, staff access and any ongoing subscription are affected before carrying out that part of the request. Removing a staff login does not automatically erase all records held by their salon.
If you wish to stop subscription renewal, use Subscription → Manage subscription & invoices in the dashboard, or contact us if you cannot access it. Disconnecting Facebook and cancelling a subscription do not themselves erase salon data.
Salon clients
If your information concerns an appointment, treatment or consultation, contact the salon that collected it first. The salon normally controls those records and may have legal reasons to retain some of them. If you need help identifying the right contact, email us with the salon name and a brief description of your request.
